WORK COMPLETED
This week final grades continued to be established on Phase-1 residential lots and the northwestern commercial lot. The adjacent commercial lot will require a rock truck to remove refuse from the pad. This is scheduled to arrive in the upcoming week. All that remains to finalize lots which have received final grades, is to run a blade over the top to remove large rocks and debris. Crews are simultaneously reducing the elevation of the Tank 7 pad and utilizing cut as fill in nearby areas.
WORK UPCOMING
Crews will work to finalize all Villas Phase-1 residential lots and street sections as well as reducing the Tank 7 pad elevation in the upcoming week. As machinery becomes available to work elsewhere, crews will continue working towards the establishing final grades throughout the site. Rock trucks are to be delivered Monday to finalize grades on the southern commercial pad.
