WORK COMPLETED
Crews worked throughout the week to move the remains of the blasting on Monday to areas requiring fill at the top of the site. Simultaneously, crews have continued adjusting slopes to gain 110’ lot depth according to revised plans. A third blast took place on Friday to clear much of the remaining rock along the Cherry Tree extension. Additional blasting will be required, but that which took place on Friday accounts for the largest portion of blasting required in Phase 1 of Villas construction.
WORK UPCOMING
Crews will continue to remove material from the blasting which occurred Friday. This is scheduled to be completed by Wednesday. A second blast will also take place Wednesday. Two drills will continue to work simultaneously to maintain this schedule. Crews will continue to establish rough grades throughout upper portion of the site. Grading plans have been adjusted to address cut/fill requirements.
