- Is There A Priority List For Purchasing A Home?
There is no priority list for purchasing a home but we are able to take reservations for private showings at this time. All interested parties will be put in a queue and receive immediate updates once purchasing windows at The Villas have been confirmed.
- How Many Homes Are Planned At The Villas And What Is The Zoning?
The Villas in Lake Havasu will offer over 180 single family home sites. The Coaches, our sister project located outside the Southwest corner of The Villas, will offer Luxury RV stalls with full bathrooms, HVAC, view decks and other fine amenities. More information to come.
- Do The Homes At The Villas Have Yards?
The Villas will certainly have ample back yards with unobstructed view corridors of the Lake and Island to the West and surrounding arroyos and the Mohave Mountains to the East.
- What Are The Bedroom/Bath Counts, Garage Details, And Home Sizes?
Homes sizes are 1531 sq. ft., 1607 sq. ft., and 1,860 sq. ft. All homes will have 2 car boat deep garages and up to 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Several custom home sites are available upon request.
- What Are The Community Amenities At The Villas?
The Villas boasts hiking, ATV and side-by-side trails via private community ports around the community. Vehicle washing stations will be provided to clean up after a long run out in the desert.
